Who
Twelve years on Japanese manufacturing lines — welding, plating, machining, painting — while teaching myself to build software. Now I build and run production systems on my own: two live products, payment routing across three providers, encrypted personal data with a tested recovery drill, infrastructure as code across three clouds.

How I work
I decide by constraint, not by preference: what fails, who notices, what it costs to undo. I write decisions down before I build. I would rather run the recovery drill than trust the backup. When I am wrong, the log says so and the next version is different.
Background
I have worked in both Brazil and Japan. In Brazil I ran a farm business end to end, from planning to shipping, and worked in financial markets — risk, compliance and in-house IT at a brokerage. In Japan I have spent twelve years on manufacturing lines, from welding and plating to the paint line I work on now, teaching myself software on my own time; I have also run my own web and cloud business since 2020. Now I want to build the software I spent twelve years being the user of — roles at manufacturers and their IT subsidiaries, especially where Portuguese helps.
